Warranty & Support – Your Peace of Mind Matters
At GSMnet, we truly care about the quality of every product you receive. That’s why all our products come with a warranty of up to 2 years, depending on the type of item. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, supported, and satisfied every step of the way.
If you ever need to make a warranty request, the process is simple and designed for your convenience.
To access the warranty form, please use the Return & Warranty section in your account and follow these steps:
- Log in and go to “Orders”
- Find your order and click “Request return/Warranty”
- Select the reason for your request
- Complete and submit the form
- Attach the return label to your parcel
Alternatively, you can send us an email describing the issue at office@gsmnet.ro, and one of our consultants will review your request and provide the best possible solution.
You may return any product with a manufacturing defect within 14 working days from the delivery date.
Please note that products in the categories Protective Films and Parts & Components are covered by warranty only if installed or tested in an authorized GSM service center by qualified personnel. A service receipt or stamped inspection certificate is required.
Products not installed under these conditions are not covered by warranty, as installation requires specialized technical knowledge.
